Mott Community College is offering community enrichment cooking classes for adults and youth ages 8 to 17 at the College’s Culinary Arts Institute. Classes include drink mixology (for grown ups only), the perfect Thanksgiving turkey, BBQ, after school snack creation, Easter Eggs, and Market to Table veggie dishes. “We’re excited to be able to share our new, state-of-the-art Culinary Arts Institute with the community,” said Quinton Roberts, Director of Corporate Services and Lifelong Learning. “There has been a lot of interest in enrichment cooking classes since our grand opening in June, and we are pleased to be able to offer one-day culinary learning opportunities for almost every age and interest,” he added.
