The goals of wellness and fitness are often closely related, but there are distinct differences between them. Wellness focuses on overall health and wellbeing, while fitness emphasizes physical conditioning and performance Overall, the goal of wellness and fitness is to help people achieve optimal health and well-being. With a combination of healthy habits and physical activity, Mott Community College offers a variety of classes that help lead to healthier and happier lives.
