As with so many other dance crazes, the hustle began in the dance clubs and party scene of New York City. Dancers in the local Latino community created the dance, infusing the salsa with some swing, mambo, and even tango. Or maybe learn to Ballroom Dance. Ballroom dancing offers numerous physical, mental, and social benefits, such as: Physical fitness: Dancing improves cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, flexibility, and balance. Mental well-being: Ballroom dancing promotes mental agility and cognitive function, as well as stress relief and relaxation.
