IT Support Specialist

This cutting edge program is custom designed to prepare students for careers and work in the IT field.  It merges the two hottest entry level computer support training programs in the country – CompTIA A+ and Google IT Support Professional.  Successful completion of this 24-week program will provide dual stackable credentials in the growing and in-demand IT field.   Students will learn basic to advanced troubleshooting, diagnostic procedures, networking, security and wireless solutions.  This combined course also offers customer service, operating systems, and system administration – all the fundamentals of IT support that are critical for success in the workplace.  Students will experience hands-on and other interactive assessments, all developed by Googlers.  The program will also prepare students with exam prep for the Comp TIA A+ and Google IT Support Specialist exams.
