Beauty Basics Camp

Esthetics: Monday, July 14 9a.m.-12p.m.
This is a course of study that introduces skills and knowledge in skin care and massage movements. Students will understand daily skincare routines including cleansing, toning and moisturizing. Students will also discover how to choose proper products for their skin type and explore how to choose a cost efficient product line. This course will be valuable to the introduction of Esthetics as a future career option.
Cosmetology: Tuesday, July 15 9a.m.-12p.m.
Students will learn the fundamental steps of healthy hair, scalp hygiene, and hairstyling. Students will also learn basic hairstyling techniques such as braiding, curling, and flat ironing. Students will learn different haircare products for a variety of hair textures, and how to use styling tools properly. Students will also learn various career paths in the field of Cosmetology.
Nail Technology: Wednesday, July 16 9a.m.- 12p.m.
Students will master the art of polishing nails with gel polish in this comprehensive course. Students will learn techniques for achieving a smooth, high-shine finish and discover tips for preventing common mistakes. From prep to polish, this course covers everything you need to know for gel polish manicure skills that are next level.
