Just as Americans might whip up a sandwich as an easy, make-and-take staple, Japanese homemakers create tasty rice balls, or onigiri, filled with seafood or pickled vegetables, and wrapped in sheets of nori seaweed or seasoned with sesame seeds, etc. for packed lunches or picnics.  In this class, you will learn step-by-step how to create healthy and delicious onigiri, using a variety of ingredients.  Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options available.
