Yakitori (or "grilled chicken") are basically Japanese shish-kebabs of skewered & grilled chicken, shrimp, and/or veggies, popular at summer festivals in Japan.  Oz?¯ni is a simple soup, often served at New Year's, that contains mochi "rice cake" and vegetables that vary by region. In this class, you will learn step-by-step how to create these healthy and tasty dishes, customizing the ingredients as you wish. Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options available.  (Equipment and ingredients provided at in-person class only.)
